Kris Buckner is the Chief Operating Officer of UpNext Fighting. He brings a behind-the-scenes perspective on running an MMA promotion and working with the people who make each event possible. On the podcast, that experience shapes conversations about the demands of the sport, preparing for competition, and life outside the cage.
Ryan Buckner is the CEO and Rising Stars Matchmaker at UpNext Fighting. His role gives him a direct connection to the fighters building their careers within the promotion. He brings that perspective to discussions about matchups, emerging talent, and career progression, while getting to know guests beyond their performances.
