Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and The Fight Family Podcast ("Fight Family," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Fight Family Podcast website and any webpage, form, content, or online service that links to these Terms (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site or submitting information through our contact or sponsorship forms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information through it. Additional written terms may apply to a specific sponsorship or partnership; if those terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that subject.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to submit our contact or sponsorship forms or any other submission that creates legal obligations. Other visitors under 18 may browse the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Permitted Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for lawful, personal, informational, or authorized business purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in violation of any law, regulation, these Terms, or another person's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, accounts, forms, or data.
  • Introduce malware, interfere with Site operation, evade security measures, or overload the Site.
  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or use Site content or personal information through automated means without written permission, except as permitted by law.
  • Impersonate another person or organization; submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information; or misrepresent your connection to Fight Family.
  • Use Fight Family names, logos, podcast artwork, or other content to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization that does not exist.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including Fight Family names, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, podcast episodes, interviews, text, compilations, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited right to use the Site under Section 3, no right or license is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, broadcast, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission from the applicable owner.

Names, logos, trademarks, and content belonging to guests, sponsors, platforms, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

5. User Submissions

When you submit information through our contact or sponsorship forms, or otherwise send us a message, suggestion, testimonial, or other content, you retain any ownership you legally hold. You grant Fight Family a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use the submission for the purpose for which it was provided and to operate, promote, and improve the podcast and Site, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the submission and that its authorized use will not violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights. Do not use a general form for confidential business information or sensitive personal documents when a more appropriate secure method is available.

A sponsorship or partnership inquiry is only a request to discuss a possible relationship. No form submission, email, proposal, or conversation creates a binding sponsorship, exclusivity, or obligation unless authorized representatives sign a separate written agreement.

6. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site may link to third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social networks, sponsors, or other websites. Links are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for those third parties. Podcast episodes and related media may be hosted on platforms we do not control; your use of an external service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

7. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Fight Family disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that episode listings, guest information, or other content will never change. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight Family and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Site, third-party platforms or services, or these Terms, even if advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, and it does not reduce rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes nonwaivable.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fight Family and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit without required rights or permission. We may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to reasonably cooperate. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or a separate written agreement provides a different forum, any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in the United States with jurisdiction over the parties and the claim, and the parties consent to that court's jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you and Fight Family are encouraged to attempt to resolve the issue informally by written notice, but this does not shorten or waive any legal deadline.

12. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Site content or features. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

13. General Terms

These Terms and any incorporated or applicable additional terms are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with our operations, financing, reorganization, merger, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
